Ellesya Myra’s main areas of practice include corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, regulatory compliance, private equity and general legal advisory. She assists in various corporate matters by conducting legal due diligence exercises, drafting and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents, advising clients on their legal queries, and handling closing and post-closing matters for M&A transactions.
Ellesya Myra joined Zaid Ibrahim & Co. as a Trainee Associate in January 2023 under the firm’s structured Trainee Associate Programme. Upon the completion of her pupillage in October 2023, she was retained as an Associate in the Corporate Commercial practice group.
