Lyn Min is a Partner in the Litigation practice group at Zaid Ibrahim & Co’s office in Penang. Her practice mainly focuses on Debt Recovery Litigation. Lyn Min represents local and international financial institutions, major corporations, statutory bodies, and local authorities in debt recovery related to corporate and commercial loans, retail banking, business and statutory debts, and in execution of judgments. Lyn Min is also experienced in contract review for an internationally listed corporation on a monthly retainer basis reviewing commercial contracts.
Foo Lyn Min commenced her pupillage in the chambers of Zaid Ibrahim & Co from October 2014 to July 2015. She was admitted into the Malaysian Bar and joined the firm in July 2015. She was promoted to partner in 2023.
