Yu Lin is a Partner in the Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities practice group with a background in mergers and acquisitions.
She has been in practice for close to 20 years focus, which includes a stint in Myanmar advising the Myanmar government on the tender and bid qualifications and concession agreements for the initial phase of the Dawei Special Economic Zone project consisting of several infrastructure projects.
Yu Lin advises clients in the renewable energy sector and has worked on several projects ranging from solar to waste-to-energy projects. Her work involves advising on the tender documents, drafting the power purchase agreements, concession agreements, EPCCs, offtaker and O&M agreements . She is also involved in law reform work and has assisted in the drafting of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Bill.
