Suzana Sudin

Suzana is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group based in Johor Bahru. She is an experienced litigator and has appeared in all level of Courts in Malaysia . She has extensive experience in contentious civil and contractual litigation primarily in Insurance practice. She also advises large corporate client on general litigation and dispute resolutions.

Suzana was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1999and commenced her practice in few firms based in Johor Bahru. She later became a Partner in Motor Insurance Department in year 2012.

Key Engagement

• Advised Insurance companies on primarily third-party claims, fraudulent and subrogation claims and all related matters under Road Transport Act.
• Advised Insurance companies on various policy cover namely Public Liability Policy, Contractor All Risk Policy, Fire Insurance Policy, Comprehensive General Liability Policy and Employer’s Liability Policy and Takaful.
• Advised Tenaga Nasional Berhad on General Litigation , Debt Recovery and Contractual Disputes.
